Diversity means courtesy, respect and a place for us all.

The actual meaning of diversity is simple: it’s a lot of different things. In the case of a hospital, such as TCMC, it means different people bringing varied perspectives to the workplace and pulling together to deliver superb patient care. And doing so in a positive, accepting environment in which everyone is treated with courtesy and dignity.

Here, we not only respect our differences, we celebrate and learn from them, including, but certainly not limited to, differences of race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, and geographic origin. At TCMC we welcome all people who devote themselves to the care of patients. Because regardless of our differences, that’s something all of us share.
