At Tri-City Medical Center, we believe in helping RNs get their career started right. So we’re proud to offer our new RNs a two-year residency program. This program provides new grads with a supportive learning environment and focuses on professional development, clinical competency and mentoring. And while it’s a two-year program, we begin the first eight weeks with core training, including real life patient scenarios, Tommy Trauma Patient Simulator and Didactic training. Once that’s completed, you move on to specialty-specific training for the remainder of the program.
