Float Pool
Jump in and enjoy a great career as a Tri-City Medical Center Float Pool RN. Because we've done every thing we can to make sure it's as rewarding as possible. Position requires at least one year of recent experience in at least two of the following: IMC, ED or ACCU and at least three years experience as an RN. Our Mentor Program is designed to help RNs new to TCMC as well as RNs new to their career, get a head start at TCMC. Benefiting from the experience and knowledge of veteran TCMC RNs, our Mentor Program provides a solid foundation during the Mentee's entire first year at Tri-City.
